Every moment is a fresh beginning

Online counselling for men navigating life, relationships and identity…
When life feels heavy and you’re not quite sure why.
When expectations of life, work, family, or relationships weigh you down.
When you feel disconnected from yourself, your life, and others.
This doesn’t mean you’re broken, it means you’re human!
Is Counselling for you?
If you’re unsure about counselling, you’re not alone. Most men are. Sometimes it’s just the sense that life isn’t working the way you’d like it to, and you’re not quite sure why. You don’t have to be in a crisis. You don’t need to know what it’s about. Getting in touch isn’t a commitment to start. It’s just creating the option to to decide.
How we work
We offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly without being analysed, fixed, or told what you should feel. We go at your pace. We work on what matters to you. In a way that feels manageable. There’s no pressure to “do therapy properly”. If it doesn’t come naturally. We take it slow. Silence is allowed. So is not having the words.
What sessions are like
Sessions are a grounded space to reflect on the things that come up for you. That might mean untangling looping thoughts, connecting with feelings that are hard to name, or looking at patterns in relationships, work or coping habits. Maybe we’ll look at the past. Only if it’s useful. Nothing for the sake of it. You bring what you want. We meet you there.
Who we work with…
We work with adults and young people experiencing a range of life challenges including:
General Anxiety
Social Anxiety
Low mood or depression
Anger and frustration
Relationship difficulties
Work-related pressure, stress or burnout
Life transitions or feeling stuck
Identity, self-esteem, and self-acceptance
Emotional overwhelm or numbness
Bereavement and loss
We also work with partners of men who are struggling in their relationship.
Seeking therapy isn’t weakness.
It’s seeking to help yourself.
That’s self-respect.
Training and professional standards
We are registered counsellors with the British Association for Counselling Practitioners (BACP) with a Level 4 Diploma in Humanistic Therapeutic Counselling.
